Owner
With a passion for construction Albert started his business in 2011 focusing on the niche in waterproofing. With his academic acumen – he has a Master Degree in Machine Building and Technology - he knew he could be of service in this specialty. Albert enjoys collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and building envelope specialists providing solutions to property owners, facility and property managers struggling with waterproofing problems.
Paramount has developed under Albert’s leadership and with core competency of restoring the entire building envelope. As a lifelong learner, he stays abreast of emerging and improving technology in the thermal and moisture protection field, attending conferences, and connecting with industry professionals regularly.
Working in a community such as New Orleans and Southeast Louisiana poses unique challenges that go beyond weather related, supply chain, or labor shortage challenges facing many construction companies today. The history of the region and the various stakeholders involved in remedial work for example, require a specific expertise necessary for historical preservation in addition to restoration on contemporary builds and new construction.
