Wyndham Garden Baronne Plaza New Orleans

When guests come to the Wyndham they expect excellent service from the team at the hotel and a quiet peaceful stay whether in town for a conference or resting up after enjoying the best of what New Orleans has to offer.


Our challenge is to complete our work with minimal disruption to the hotel’s guests. Of course completing the project to match the scope of work and on budget were also required!


Working closely with the hotel owner, we were able to accomplish that as we waterproofed the 23,000 sq. foot roof using Quest Construction Products’ Elastuff line of waterproofing products.


As with any waterproofing project – preparation of the substrate is critical. This involved removal of the existing coating, a labor intensive process and critically important to ensure effective adhesion of the waterproofing product – Elastuff. Ensuring we completed the work on the days and times that worked best for the hotel was duly accommodated and has resulted in minimal disruption to the guests.


As with all of our projects its’ critical we ensure the property is fully protected from the elements each and everyday.
